Clear Creek Farm is a non-profit corporation and depends on donations and contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations.  All donations to Clear Creek Farm are tax deductible.  We are licensed by the State of Ohio Department of Human Services to operate two group homes.

The Organization is exempt from Federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  It has been classified as an organization that is not a private foundation under Section 509(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code and qualifies for the charitable contributions deduction for individual donors.
